After completing your order, you will receive an invoice from us via email. Please pay this invoice by bank transfer.Due to the considerable transaction costs, we no longer offer our customers other payment methods. We prefer to use the money saved to purchase high-quality materials and pay the many helping hands.

We understand that prepayment requires a great deal of trust. Since each piece of furniture is custom-made for you after you place your order, the raw materials are tailored and cut to fit your specific project. Therefore, we need the necessary planning certainty that your project will actually be implemented.

Production begins after your payment is received. The specific production time can be found directly in the product information for the selected piece of furniture.

Feel free to email us with your wishes and ideas. You can also send us pictures of your bedroom or your furniture so that we can customize your new furniture accordingly. Our showrooms and workshop are not open to visitors or customers. For cost-efficiency reasons, we exclusively sell our wood products through our online shop. We hope you understand.
