Therefore, we need the necessary planning certainty that your project will actually be implemented.

When will the production of my piece of furniture begin?

Production begins after your payment is received. The specific production time can be found directly in the product information for the selected piece of furniture.

Can I get personal advice before placing my order?

Feel free to email us with your wishes and ideas. You can also send us pictures of your bedroom or your furniture so that we can customize your new furniture accordingly. Our showrooms and workshop are not open to visitors or customers. For cost-efficiency reasons, we exclusively sell our wood products through our online shop. We hope you understand.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PRODUCT CONDITION

This piece of furniture is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind item made from genuine solid and reclaimed wood. To preserve the vibrant and authentic character of the material, we deliberately use expressive woods with pronounced knots, historical signs of wear and insect damage (e.g., inactive wormholes), and naturally occurring cracks.

Wood is a natural material that constantly reacts to changes in room temperature and humidity. This swelling and shrinking naturally leads to cracking, changes in shape, and audible noises such as cracking or creaking under stress or climate fluctuations.

All processed woods are professionally treated and dried before production; active insect infestation is ruled out. These material-specific properties, as well as variations in color and grain compared to the product photos, do not affect the stability or normal function of the furniture in any way. They are an expressly intended part of this rustic product quality and are considered agreed-upon characteristics upon purchase.
