Your piece of furniture is on its way to you.
Our furniture is individually handcrafted in our workshop in Thuringia. We take the same care with delivery as we do with production, ensuring your new piece of furniture arrives safely.
Delivery within Germany
Within Germany, delivery of our furniture is already included in the price. Therefore, you will not incur any additional delivery costs.
Since some of our furniture pieces are particularly large and heavy, the type and procedure of delivery may vary depending on the piece of furniture and local conditions.
We will coordinate the delivery date with you before delivery.
Assembling your piece of furniture
Do you need assistance with assembly? You can also request professional assembly from us.
Since the effort and local conditions can vary, we individually assess whether and under what conditions construction is possible.

Delivery within Europe
We deliver our furniture throughout Europe. Shipping and delivery costs depend on factors such as the delivery location, size, and weight of the furniture.
The delivery costs applicable to your order will be displayed during the ordering process or agreed upon individually with you.
Delivery outside Europe
Do you want to have a piece of furniture delivered outside of Europe? Depending on the destination country, this may also be possible.
Please contact us before placing your order. We will individually check the shipping options and the estimated costs for your destination country.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the calculation is done without German VAT, provided that the conditions for a tax-free export delivery are met.
Import duties, including VAT or comparable local taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, and other import charges, may apply upon import into the destination country. These charges are not included in the stated purchase price or delivery costs of BOSCO BOSCHIVO and are not collected by us.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the recipient shall bear all import duties incurred in the country of destination. The amount and type of duties shall be governed by the applicable regulations of the country of destination.

Important for a smooth delivery
Due to their construction, our solid wood furniture can be quite heavy and large. Please ensure that the intended delivery location is easily accessible.
In case of special local conditions – for example, narrow stairwells, narrow doors or hard-to-reach rooms – we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
